2. Audit Your Pipeline & Reflect on Past Performance
Recruiting is a sport—it’s all about preparation and adjustment. The best athletes and coaches reflect and watch game film to improve.
Use this time to reflect and plan ahead.

- Which prospects am I the furthest along with?
- Who do I need to follow up with?
- What recruiting strategies worked best this year?
- What habits or inefficiencies will I leave behind in 2024?
- What steps can I take today to get closer to my recruiting goals for 2025?
