I do!  And I do it 12-months of the year.

Hi there, my name is Jeremy Tiers and I’m the Director of Admissions Services for Tudor Collegiate Strategies. Over the past 4 years I’ve personally trained both new (literally their first day was my workshop) and experienced college admissions professionals at more than 40 colleges, how to be smarter, more efficient recruiters, communicators, and leaders.

Organizing professional development training is time consuming. I get it. But I also understand it’s extremely important, so I’m happy to take it off your to-do list.

These personalized, engaging, recruiting workshops help strengthen admissions and enrollment teams by providing them with the latest communication/marketing tools and strategies, along with best practices.

Key details:

  • Our Standard Workshop typically takes place over two consecutive days. Upon request, it can be condensed into a one-day event. And, I’ve also led half-day training sessions.
  • We conduct a unique, in-depth recruiting survey with your current or incoming freshmen prior to the workshop, and then discuss the results with your staff.
  • Live interactive workshop sessions cover topics like effective questions to ask prospective students and parents, storytelling, overcoming objections, improving phone calls, social media, and “closing.”
  • I also take the time to meet 1-on-1 with each admissions staff member, giving them personalized training and direction.
  • My support doesn’t end when I leave campus. Your entire admissions team will have direct and ongoing access to me and I will offer further support when needed.
  • New in 2018 is the Standard PLUS Workshop package that includes a second on-campus, one-day training session at a later date during the same recruiting cycle.
